My "Black Bear" Finial I was extremely delighted with the black bear finial. The quality is OUTSTANDING and it looks spectacular with my lamp shade with black bear scene in my rustic family room! I am totally jazzed about this item! Lighting Universe was exceptionally professional to deal with. A customer service rep called me twice to confirm that my Internet order was exactly what I wanted. She was very pleasant and efficient....then my order arrived lickety split and in perfect condition! Lighting Universe....thank you, and keep up the good work and outstanding customer service!

The lights are nice but now I have a buffalo on all my 6 light fixtures and I thought I was getting the pine cones lights. The electrician is putting them up right now and to ship them back is way too much of a hassle.
