This is a dignified, graceful, unobtrusive fixture that also has functioned perfectly so far - almost one year.

I only wish that the glass had a more regular pattern to it, as it would look cleaner during the day. At night, the irregular pattern is not seen, as the light -I use compact florescent- overcomes it.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
